Nuniq runs Fishy Delishy

Goth Grocery - The local store.  They open at nine in the morning.  Teenagers (dressed in Goth clothing) run the place and are undependable and scare the older folks. They sell only a few items, one of them being Tabasco Sauce.  While the Tabasco Sled is hated, the sauce is loved by most everyone in town. One notable exception is Grock, who favors Joe Cain's fine sauce.  June and Fenjuu had a conversation there.

Fishy Delishy - Fast food joint that sells boiled and fried fish, fried potatoes and slushee-type drinks.  Run by Nuniq. Mazenweed and Nanook were headed there.

Pizza Inuit - Fast food pizza joint; delivers pizza via sled.  Choices of toppings include: moose, tubers, goat and sometimes musk ox.  Musk ox pizza, when available, costs twice as much as the normal pizza. Tupp is addicted to pizza and thinks pizza delivery is the greatest thing in the world.

WFEN 209 - Hometownville's first radio station; they broadcast weather, "rampling" and sometimes: crazy guitar music from the Eskimo 3.14159 band (Og is the lead guitarist) and sometimes they play homemade vocoder tunes. The Dj's name is Frank and he's obsessed the bands: the Grateful Dead and Phish.  Grok also is a DJ here and hosts a conspiracy talk show and a dating show ("Love or Lust").

KFEN 570 AM - Hometownville's other radio station; this one is over near Bear Bay and is largely run by Grock, who has a call-in show.

Community Igloo - For a lack of a better explanation, it's the "meeting hall" where everyone gathers.  It has a fireplace and the wind just barely stays out.

Don't Stele Me - A store in the village just north of town that sells stone tablets.  Gadzooks works there.

Art By Larry - An art studio and gallery owned by Larry.

I Scream Ice Cream Parlor - The crazy fellow that runs the place is a real jerk, but - ice cream.

Blue Suede Snow Shoes - They sell nothing but snow shoes.  And leather straps. 

Keramidas Clinic - The town's untrustworthy doctor's clinic.  He has a secretary: June.

Consolidated Kitchenware, Plant #93 - Located two miles outside of town, Nanook works there. Nanook swears it used to be Plant #88 but that was in his timeline.  He had a book of matches that would prove this, but when he looked at it, it said... "CONSOLIDATED KITCHENWARE PLANT #93" on it . This made him mad and his wife laughed at him.

The Burn Barn - A shop in town that sells (and delivers) fire.  Tilimaq and his wife run the place.

Little Miss Buffet - All-you-can-eat seafood buffet in Ketchican. They also sell wild game such as elk, caribou, bear and moose.

Bakery - Not just a bakery, but one that is large enough to hold baking classes in.  Lee-Lee is the head baker and baking instructor.

Big River - The biggest of the two town rivers.  An excellent place to fish.   When frozen, it provides an excellent place to ice fish and to run your sled.  This is perhaps the most dangerous place in town.  Also, bears tend to congregate there.

Little River - The smaller of the town's two rivers.  A band once came out of this river in the 1970's - that's a joke.

Mandenhall Caves - Cave system that lies on the outskirts of town; they are usually blocked by ice.  There are cave paintings there, mostly by Larry and his daughter, Johunka.  Visitors to the cave paintings are charged admission of fish, which is given to charity to feed the hungry.

Darkly Fjord - A very steep and dangerous fjord just outside of town.

Bear Bay - Calm area where we fish and use boats to access the sea.

Big Beluga Island - It could have been named Thurston Howell's Island, but luckily someone thought better of it.

Mount Slowly and Allen's Valley

Little Beluga Island - the smaller of the two islands in Hometownville's panorama.

Mount Slowly - Mountain where many aeries sit.

Goat Super-colliding Super Collider  -Yeah.  I went there.  The theory is, scientific government goats are run through a circular trench and then meet head on, messing up timelines.

Allen's Valley - Valley where Hometownville lies.

Dutchie Pass - On the left onside.

Big Sea - Known now as the Pacific Ocean.
